5. No Payment Services at This Stage
Until a formal merchant agreement is signed and onboarding is completed:
- No payment processing services are provided
- No acquiring relationship is established
- No funds are processed by Vinted Go POS
For clarity, Vinted Go does not provide acquiring, payment processing, settlement, payouts, or other regulated payment services. Any such payment services connected to the POS solution are to be provided by a regulated third-party entity.
POS services will only begin after execution of a separate binding merchant agreement.
6. Future Commercial Agreement
If a merchant proceeds with onboarding, the relationship will be governed by a separate Merchant Agreement and applicable payment services terms.
Before using acquiring, payment processing, settlement, payout, or any other payment services linked to the POS solution, the merchant will need to accept the relevant regulated payment service provider's terms and conditions.
Those documents are expected to define, among other matters:
- Final pricing structure
- Interchange and scheme fee treatment
- Settlement timelines
- Chargeback handling
- Liability and compliance obligations
7. Modifications
Vinted Go may update, modify, delay, or discontinue the proposed POS offering at any time prior to commercial launch.
